The FIRELOCK™ vault system is made from steel panels with a ceramic fiber inner core, which inhibits the transfer of heat. The panels are also magnetically shielded and completely void of any moisture. The media vault’s security is maintained by computer-controlled access system and is monitored 24 hrs a day. The latest intrusion detection devices have been installed and access into our facility is strictly controlled and monitored at all times. The vault environment is protected by an FM200 Fire Suppression System and is controlled for temperature and humidity. Precise environmental control extends media life span from 5 to 15 years.

VaultWare, our proprietary inventory tracking software, incorporates barcode scanning technology into the critical task of accurately managing your offsite media library. In addition to VaultWare, we have online access available for our clients to manage their offsite data. Special requests, tape movements and reporting can all be performed using our online system.

Our trained and bonded couriers will pickup your company’s vital data at the time that you designate. We have flexible service programs to meet your schedule for daily, weekly, or monthly offsite data rotation. Rush service available with a guaranteed 2-hour turnaround time during normal business hours. Emergency access to your data is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For added security and protection, all service vehicles are climate controlled, unmarked, and equipped with HALON fire extinguishers.
